What to do when MOB is down?

First of all, don't panic! We don't plan of ever pulling the plug at MOB. We value our site and our members. But sometimes these issues are out of our control. We pay a host to keep MOB on 24 hr server. And sometimes the problem is with our server. It's fair to say if our host is down http://www.canaca.com -- then we are down.

If you are having trouble connecting to our site. Here is what you need to do.

First try to contact us through these social media sites: (preferably in this order)

-- this site is dedicated when our site is down from our host. As soon as we find out that our site is down, we will post there a message. Feel free to participate in that BLOG when this happens.

MOB Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/mixingonbeat
-- we will also post there that our site is down. Be sure to to Follow Us on your twitter account.

MOB Facebook (MOB NEWS): https://www.facebook.com/MixingonbeatNews
-- we will also post there that our site is down. Be sure to Follow Us on your Facebook account.

If after several hours and you don't see us post anything in those social media sites, then PANIC!! -- Just kidding!

Try to see if the error is not on your end. Try to send us a message through those social media sites or start a support ticket at MOB: http://www.mixingonbeat.com/support/index.php
